what a whirlwind of 3 days. i've been out partying everyday since thursday night at the roundhouse.
FRIDAY
celebrated Sarah Goh's birthday at Choga, Quay Street. the korean bbq was good. but it was too filling, we could not finish the food. weisheng gave me a lift to and fro the city. it was a two-seater sports car. not too bad. headed off to the house warming of Suresh, Jia Hao and Wilson at Barker Street. had drinks the whole night. and i think i KO-ed at bout 3+ am. i was so drunk. thankfully i didn puke. i drank flaming lamborgini and i burnt part of my fringe. sigh. then i also drank tequila shots, beer, baileys, rum and etc. woke up the next morning at Sherwin's place at 11am. crazy day.
SATURDAY
so at 11am, i took a lift from weisheng (again) back home. didn really sleep. bathed and i went to meet Sagar for lunch. had Subway. headed back home and waited for Sherwin to re-format by laptop. BUT he didn manage to do tht, instead he wiped out my externat harddisk with ALL my photos, notes and most importantly, my drama serials and movies. I need them to survive sydney other than the internet. sheesh.
coming along, we headed down to Nabil, Cheng En, Ian and Rueben's house warming. didn stay there too long. left for Star City, which is the largest casino in Sydney. went to check out the place, but i didn gamble. anyway, if i gamble, i'll lose for sure. :) played pool there. it wasnt too bad. have subway at bout 4+ am, till weisheng sent me home again. :D so nice of him.
SUNDAY
so i slept till 11+, and i woke up to ge tready for badminton training. the moment i went in, without warming up, i had to do physical training. this sucked cause its been more than a year since i last had physical. it was horrendous cause with cold legs, i had to start sprinting. shucks. then we had circuit training which totally killed me. i think i gave my coach, james, a bad impression as i was totalling finding means and ways to slack off. i just couldn do it. racket training wasnt too bad tho.
one funny convo during trg.
James: Hi, i'm the coach here, James. What's your name?
Me: My name's Shu. (i introduce my name as Shu to people whom i think cant pronounce Shu Wen).
Zong: Hi, my name is Slippers.
see the connection? Shu sounds like shoe. it was funny but a lil insulting too. oh wells. i had to forgive zong. he's a kid.
oh, and my flatmate renard slipped me a note under my door this morning when i was still sleeping. AND, he addressed me as Shoe Wen. this is so bad. to think he's a malaysian chinese and he cant spell hanyu pinyin. f**k.
continuing with my day, headed off to Sherwin's house for my first meal of the day. he cooked for me, saying tht its for wiping out my entire hard disk. walked back home after tht. i'm so tired after trg, i tried to read my textbook, but i could not absorb a single thing. had to read the lines 3 times before it could even register into my head. this is how tired i am. Sagar came over to my room to chill out a bit, before we head off to guatam's to extract some videos from him. thankfully for him, if not i'ld have murdered Sherwin. Sagar left to eat his dinner at randwick junction and to buy supper back for me. so much for studying. haha.
so right now, i'm sitting in the living room using the blardie internet. chatted with my mom and dad. haiis, having mixed feelings now tht i've chatted with them. i just dont know anything anymore. like i want to help out, but i'm powerless? its been so many yrs, when can i ever get the courage to correct the wrongs and failures? please dont tell me i'm running away again? but then again, i'm ALREADY away. haha. i'll get by.
yep, i'm really tired from training today so i'm going to celebrate to the earliest night i have in Sydney. oh, and i'm so not ready for competition next weekend. i dont even have my feel of the racket back yet. this takes at least 2 weeks. partnering Sarah for C grade ladies doubles, and ah lo for C grade mixed doubles. i'm so going to screwed up. haha.
alrighty, ciao.
